Discipline

• Students are required to follow the decorum while attending the programme.
• Students will not be allowed to enter into the e-Learning Point without permission of the e-Learning Point authorities, once they have completed the programme or have been expelled.
• TGOU has the discretion to close any e-Learning Point and in such cases the concerned student should contact the respective Learning Resource Provider for re-allocation to a new e-Learning Point.
• This prospectus carries an admission form. Students must go through the detailed instructions before filling the application guidelines TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM

Guidlines

The students are advised to read the following guidelines carefully before completing the Application Forms.

1. The Application Forms should be filled in capital letters.
2. Please respond to all information sought.
3. Additional sheets may be used, if necessary.
4. Ensure that the Application Forms are signed by the respective signatories.

Photocopies of Certificates

1. Photocopies of certificates of all your undergraduate, graduate studies and professional qualification and address proof shall be enclosed with the Application Forms for Admission.
2. Original Certificates should not be sent.

Mode of Remittance

1. Fee for the program is to be remitted along with the Application Forms for Admission at the time of enrollment. Payments should be made through A/c payee crossed demand draft of any commercial bank, drawn in favor of “The Global Open University” payable at “Bangalore”. The fee can also be remitted through credit card by holders of VISA and Master Card. The employees of the e-Learning Point are not authorized to accept cash payments from the students. Also the employees of the Learning Resource Provider are not authorized to swipe their personal credit cards to pay on behalf of the students.
2. Students making the payment through credit card are required to complete the relevant column in the Application Form for Admission.

Enclosures
Please ensure that your Application contains the following enclosures.

1. Application Form for Admission into the program (with recent color photograph affixed).
2. Demand Draft towards the payment.
3. Copies of Certificates of Date of Birth, X Class and Educational Qualifications/Mark Sheets.
4. Students have to produce photocopies of any one of the following documents as address proof at the time of admission; Latest telephone bill, latest electricity bill, latest property tax bill, voter ID Card issued by any authorized body with seal.
