ONLINE ON DEMAND EXAMINATIONS
Students are required to appear for online on-demand examination for each subject of the curriculum. Online examinations are conducted through authorised eLearning points in more than 100 cities across India. TGOU reserves the right to add or delete any examination centre. The online examinations provide students with the flexibility of appearing for any paper, as per their convenience during the one month examination period.

Examination will be held normally in the month of July and January each year as the case may be. The TGOU reserves the right to hold examination during any other period as may be decided by the University. Examinations will be held on all days including Sundays and other Holidays to enable the candidates who are employed to attend the examinations.

International Students can be administered the online examination through Approved Examination Centres, Embassy offices / Reputed Companies / Universities. Detailed instructions regarding the online Examination will be sent to students before the exams and also upload on the website. Students who wish to appear for examinations at any overseas test centers are required to contact the Indian Embassy/High Commission/Consulate Officials/Approved Examiner and obtain their consent to supervise the examinations. Such students are required to mail the consent along with the Examination Form and the specified examination fee. The necessary consent from the Indian Embassy/High Commission/Consulate Officials/Approved Examiner for appearing in the examinations should be obtained by the student.

AWARD OF DEGREE/DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATE
DMC shall be issued only to students passing all the subjects of the yearly examination. The Degree/Diploma/Certificate will be awarded to the student only if he/she has acquired a pass grade in all the term-end examinations within the maximum duration of the course.

The degree/diploma is processed after one year of successful completion of course but a provisional degree certificate can be obtained by the student by depositing requisite fee along with copy of all Detail Marks Card through a request form. The student of final year of Degree/Diploma course will have to submit the Degree Issuance Application along with the requisite fee as prescribed by the University at the time of Re-Registration for the Final Year.

In case the student does not clear all the term-end examinations in the maximum time as mentioned in the course details he/she will not be awarded any Degree/ Diploma/Certificate. In such case no refund of fee will be given.
