Instructions for Registration for On-Demand-Online Examination

1. The registration form for On-Demand-Online-Examination is to be submitted on-line and hard copy.
2. To get yourself registered for On-Demand-Online-Examination, you should be a bonafide student of TGOU having a valid I-card fulfilling the eligibility conditions for On-Demand-Online-Examination.
3. Please fill in the on-line registration form for On-Demand-Online-Examination carefully and before submitting the form ensure correctness of the information mentioned in the form.
4. Presently the On-Demand-Online-Examination is available in the selected courses only as being shown in Registration form.
5. On-Demand-Online-Examination is conducted once in a week on Saturday at the authorised Test Centres of TGOU. You can choose any of them whichever is convenient to you.
6. The registration fee for On-Demand Online Examination may be paid on-line through credit card or Bank Draft drawn in favour of “The Global Open University”, payable at “Dimapur /Bangalore”.
7. If you pay registration fee through credit card, your registration for On-Demand-Online-Examination will be confirmed immediately and a provisional Hall Ticket having details of On-Demand-Online-Examination dates, time and Exam centre will be issued within 3 working days. You should take a print out of the same which would be required for appearing in the On-Demand-Online-Examination.
8. If you are paying registration fee by Bank Draft, fill up the bank draft number, amount, date and the drawee bank in the registration form and submit the form online. Immediately you will get an acknowledgement eMail. Send the bank draft to ONLINE CAMPUS, Bangalore immediately along with On-Demand Online Examination Registration Form and a Print out of the Acknowledgement eMail received by you at the time of Book Exam slot, otherwise your registration will not be confirmed.
9. You have to fill the Online On-Demand Examination registration form and submit it after completion duration of Course e.g. Calendar Session student can Book Exam Slot from January onward and Academic Session student can Book Exam Slot from July onward.
10. Before sending the bank draft to TGOU, please check that

• You have mentioned the Registration number, your name, enrolment number and programme Name & code at the back of the Bank Draft before sending it to ONLINE CAMPUS, Bangalore.
• You have enclosed a copy of the Acknowledgement eMail received by you at the time of registration for On-Demand-Online-Examination.
• You have copy of the Identity card issued by TGOU.

11. Your Book Exam Slot status for On-Demand-Online-Examination will be available on-line. You should check it from time to time to see the status of confirmation of registration.
12. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

13. Kindly bring your Identity Card and Admit card/Hall Ticket at the time of Examination. Without producing the original Identity card, you will not be allowed to appear in the On-Demand-Online-Examination.
Conduct of On-Demand-Online-Examination
On-Demand-Online-Examination is conducted in the authorised Test Centre under direct supervision of the Head (Online Education) and is directly monitored by the TGOU through web based closed circuit cameras and surprise visits. Individualized question papers are generated by the computer for each student on the day of exam itself. The students write their exam in the same way as in the Term end exam for the same direction.
Students registered for On-Demand-Online-Examination are required to come to the selected Test Centre for appearing in the examination. They should bring with them the Hall ticket for ON-DEMAND ONLINE EXAMINATION and the Identity Card issued by TGOU to appear in the Exam
Practical Examination
If there is a component of practical examination in the programme opted for On-Demand-Online-Examination, the students have to contact the concerned eLearning Point Coordinator for time, date and venue of the practical examination.
