Objective
The two years Distance Learning Master of Arts (M.A) Degree in Adult Education conducted by The Global Open University, Nagaland has been designed for meeting the demand of the growing needs of experts in the fields of adult and continuing education, community participation, communication technology for adult education, voluntary organisations for adult education, population education etc.

Master of Arts (M.A) Degree in Adult Education shall be awarded to all the successful candidates by The Global Open University, Nagaland. They will also be eligible for admission in the M.Phil. and Ph.D. degree programmes in the relevant Schools and Faculties at The Global Open University, Nagaland.

All admitted students are required to submit a Master's Thesis at the end of 2nd year preferably based on the data collected by them from Central / State level Undertakings / Private Sector Units.
