Objective
The two years Distance Learning Master of Arts (M.A) Degree in Vocational and Technical Education conducted by The Global Open University, Nagaland has been designed for meeting the demand of the growing needs of experts in the fields of vocationalisation of careers, curriculum development for vocational and technical programmes, vocational guidance and counselling, role of information technology for vocational education etc.

Master of Arts (M.A) Degree in Vocational and Technical Education shall be awarded to all the successful candidates by The Global Open University, Nagaland. They will also be eligible for admission in the M.Phil. and Ph.D. degree programmes in the relevant Schools and Faculties at The Global Open University, Nagaland.

Master's Thesis
All admitted students are required to submit a Master's Thesis at the end of 2nd year.
